  • Infringes on any intellectual property or other proprietary rights of others

  • Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or offensive

  • Contains viruses or other harmful computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware

 

4. Consultant Responsibility

 

• Consultants are independent service providers and not employees of ProAdvisorMatch. ProAdvisorMatch does not control or direct their services, and we do not screen or endorse them.

 

5. Payment

 

• Any fees for services are to be agreed upon directly between you and the consultant. ProAdvisorMatch is not involved in the payment process unless explicitly stated otherwise.

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

• All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ProAdvisorMatch or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

• ProAdvisorMatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.

 

8. Termination

 

• ProAdvisorMatch may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

2. Cancellation Before Service Commencement

 

• If you decide to cancel your engagement with a consultant before the service has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund, subject to the consultant's individual cancellation policy. Please note:

  • You must contact ProAdvisorMatch customer support within 24 hours of your payment to initiate a cancellation.

  • The consultant must confirm that no services have been rendered for the refund to be processed.

 

3. Disputes

 

• If you have a dispute concerning the services provided by a consultant, please contact us at [support email address]. We aim to mediate between parties but do not guarantee a resolution or refund.

 

4. Exceptions

 

• Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis due to exceptional circumstances, such as severe service disruptions or technical issues attributed solely to ProAdvisorMatch. These exceptions are at the sole discretion of ProAdvisorMatch.
