1. Subscription Start Date: Your Mentorship Monthly Subscription with ProAdvisor Match begins upon payment confirmation and auto-renews every 30 days unless cancelled.

2. Subscription Fee: The monthly fee is charged at the start of each billing cycle. It is non-refundable, providing you with mentorship services for the entire month.

3. Service Details:

• One-on-One Sessions: Two 1-hour video or phone mentoring sessions per month with an experienced business mentor, focusing on strategy, growth, and personal development.

• Email Support: Unlimited email support for quick questions or follow-ups between sessions.

• Goal Setting: Assistance in setting and reviewing monthly business and personal goals.

• Progress Tracking: A monthly review session to track progress, adjust strategies, and set new objectives.

4. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription by emailing info@proadvisormatch.com (mailto:info@proadvisormatch.com) at least 5 business days before your next billing date to avoid charges for the upcoming month.

• No Refunds: No refunds are provided for partial months upon cancellation, as services are rendered throughout the billing period.

5. Intellectual Property:

• Ownership: All mentoring content and strategies are the intellectual property of ProAdvisor Match until fully paid for, after which you receive a license for personal use in your business context.

• Usage: You may apply the insights and strategies for your business growth but cannot distribute, sell, or reproduce them without our explicit permission.

• Confidentiality: Your personal and business information shared during mentorship sessions is kept confidential, used only for delivering our services.
