1. Subscription Start Date: Your Pocket Consultant Monthly Subscription with ProAdvisor Match activates immediately after payment and auto-renews every 30 days unless you choose to cancel.

2. Subscription Fee: The monthly fee is charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. It is non-refundable, granting you access to our Pocket Consultant services for the entire month.

3. Service Details:

• On-Demand Consulting: Access to 10 hours of consulting time per month via phone, video call, or email, allowing you to seek advice on business operations, strategy, or specific challenges as they arise.

• Quick Response: Guaranteed response within 24 business hours for email inquiries, ensuring timely support.

• Flexible Scheduling: Ability to schedule consultations at your convenience, subject to mentor availability.

• Specialized Advice: Tailored advice on various business aspects including but not limited to finance, marketing, legal, and HR, based on your current needs.

4. Cancellation Policy:

• No Refunds: No refunds for partial months upon cancellation, as services are available throughout the billing period.
