1. Subscription Start Date: Your Social Media Monthly Subscription with ProAdvisor Match begins immediately upon successful payment and will auto-renew every 30 days unless cancelled.

2. Subscription Fee: The monthly fee for the Social Media Subscription is charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable, providing access to our services for the entire month.

3. Service Details:

• Content Creation: Includes up to 10 posts per month tailored to your business, designed to engage your target audience across platforms like Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and Facebook.

• Strategy Development: Monthly strategy sessions to refine your social media approach based on analytics and trends.

• Analytics Review: Monthly report detailing engagement, growth, and recommendations for improvement.

• Community Management: Basic monitoring and response to comments and messages for 5 hours per month.

4. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@proadvisormatch.com (mailto:info@proadvisormatch.com). Cancellation must be requested at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month.

• No Refunds: Since the subscription is for services rendered throughout the month, no refunds will be issued for partial months upon cancellation.

• Ownership: All content created under this subscription remains the property of ProAdvisor Match until fully paid for, after which you receive a license for business use.

• Usage: You may use the content for your business's social media but cannot sell, distribute, or reproduce it for other purposes without permission.
